Dymatize Xpand Xtreme Pump

Dymatize® has created another revolutionary product that will surpass all products in the pre-workout product category: Xpand® Xtreme Pump. This cutting-edge new product is loaded with vasodilators for muscle pumps (3.5 grams vaso-volumizing arginine), 5 grams of creatine, 2. 5 grams of beta-alanine and 5 grams of the most advanced anabolic amino acid complex available- to maximize muscle power output and recovery.Additionally, it has an Explosive Energy and Mental Focus Blend to get you psyched up for your workout. Here is a list of the supporting research and biochemistry contained in Dymatize's Xpand® Xtreme Pump.
Strength and Endurance Creatine Matrix
Xpand® Xtreme Pumpcontains a creatine blend of creatine citrate, creatine and di-creatine malate. Creatine has become the mostly widely-researched ergogenic aid to date, and the research is overwhelmingly clear that creatine not only increases muscle strength, but now creatine does what no other supplement can do- creatine lowers myostatin.
In a recent study in the Journal of Molecular and Cellular Endocrinology, researchers examined myostatin. In a double-blind design, 27 healthy male subjects were assigned to resistance training and creatine supplementation groups. Amazingly, the study found that creatine supplementation, when added to a resistance-training program, amplifies the training-induced decrease in serum levels of myostatin- increasing the effect of exercise on muscle strength and mass.1 Other studies reported that ingestion of creatine enhances muscle IGF-1 response, in conjunction with increasing satellite cell activation.2
Vaso-Volumizing Arginine Fusion
One of the most striking and common effects of arginine supplementation is the stimulation of GH secretion.3 Xpand® Xtreme Pumpcontains an arginine blend of arginine A-AKG, arginine HCL and arginine ketoisocaproate. The metabolic effects of GH are complex, and involve increased fat mobilization, hyperinsulinemia and elevated blood levels of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1)- all of which have protein anabolic effects.4
Arginine has potent actions on increasing GH by reducing somatostatin (i.e., an inhibitory hormone). In general, elevation of GH level can be achieved either by removing the inhibitory effect of somatostatin, or by enhancing the secretion of GH-releasing hormone. In experimental paradigms, increased serum GH level after arginine ingestion has been due to inhibition of somatostatin. 5 Another potential benefit from arginine supplementation is alterations in skeletal muscle metabolism brought about by increases in nitric oxide.
Anabolic Amino Acid Complex
Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs)- leucine, isoleucine and valine- have anabolic effects in human muscle. BCAAs are the primary amino acids responsible for protein synthesis. The anabolic activities of BCAAs are from multiple pathways. Studies show that the BCAAs, and in particular leucine, stimulate muscle protein synthesis by acting as both a signal and a substrate.9 One way BCAAs do this is through signaling mTOR activity in human muscle tissue. mTOR is the primary regulator of muscle growth through amino acid sensoring. BCAAs appear to signal mTOR to activate protein synthesis after exercise.
Additional strong results from the study showed thatBCAAs also help reduce central nervous system fatigue during training- you will be able to train harder, longer and create a greater stimulus for muscle growth. BCAAs have been clinically documented to reduce exercise soreness and enhance recovery from exercise.6, 7
Supplements such as Xpand® Xtreme Pump that are rich in BCCAs, when taken before exercise, have been reported to increase blood BCAA levels during exercise- resulting in the suppression of muscle protein breakdown. Another study reported BCAA administration suppresses muscle damage and enhances recovery for several days after exercise.8 These findings suggest that supplements rich in BCAAs such as Xpand® Xtreme Pump can reduce muscle damage induced by exercise. By decreasing the impact of all these stress factors, Xpand® Xtreme Pump also helps reduce the potential for overtraining.
The Anabolic Amino Acid Complex also contains taurine, which is conditionally an essential amino acid, similar to glutamine. It has numerous effects, some of which could help bodybuilders. For example, it has an insulin-like effect with regard to glucose and amino acid metabolism. These effects have obvious implications for bodybuilders. Taurine may also be involved in the regulation of the volume in some cells.
Beta-Alanine
Many users experience intense vasodilation/pumps from the very first dose of Xpand® Xtreme Pump, which may be due in part to beta-alanine. This vasodilation/pump is because beta-alanine increases carnosine, and carnosine is a powerful precursor in generating nitric oxide synthase (a group of enzymes necessary for making the powerful vasodilator nitric oxide). Beta-alanine buffers hydrogen ions, which prevent pH levels in muscle from dropping too low (more acidic) so as a result, you can train harder and push through the burn for higher reps.10 In a more acidic environment (i.e., high lactic acid levels), ATP is less effective and the release of calcium, a key component to muscle contraction, is hindered substantially- so taking beta-alanine is going to significantly enhance your workout performance in the gym.
Xpand® Xtreme Pump has all the ingredients you need to get insane muscle pumps, increased strength and recuperation, and the Explosive Energy and Mental Focus Blend to get you psyched up for your workout.
